Ingredients
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp chile powder
20 slices of thick-cut bacon
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
-Line baking sheets with foil
-In a small bowl mix the light brown sugar and the chile powder
Lay Bacon strips on the foil

Coat the top of the bacon with the chile sugar
Bake for 20-25min until the sugar is caramelized and almost crisp
Transfer the bacon to cooling racks and let cool completely!
Serve up the deliciousness! This is truly edible sin!
