I don’t know what happened to my photos on this one, but I can tell you it was delicious!

Super simple recipe, and who doesn’t love mustard?! A quick note on Mustard, make sure that your mustard is sugar free! Check the ingredients on the label. Mustard is naturally good for regulating blood sugar and helping to lower high blood pressure. So make sure you have a good quality mustard in order to take advantage of all of it’s benefits!
Ingredients
6-12 Chicken Thighs
2 Tbs of Melted Butter
2 Tbs of Dijon Mustard (Gluten and Sugar Free)
1/2-1 Tsp Paprika

Sea Salt

Directions
Place the Melted Butter, Mustard, Paprika and Salt in a dish and make a lovely little sauce

Using a brush, coat the chicken completely and evenly

Heat the skillet – once warm place the chicken on in the pan and cook for 2-3min on each side until golden brown

Place on a Cookie Sheet and put those guys in the oven for about 20min.

Whip up an Arugula salad and Voila!

Since I had some food in my finally I had some energy to work out.

I managed to get to the gym one day this week! Pathetic really but it’s better than nothing. I also did a mini workout here at home last night.  Super simple if you can’t get to the gym:
