3 Cups of Chicken/Beef Broth (Make your broth at home!)
2 Cups of Zucchini – “Noodled”- I just sliced mine thinly. But you can buy a julienne pealed/spiral slicer
2 Cups of cooked/sliced meat – I just cooked up some turkey breast with a little salt & pepper and bacon fat
1/4 cup of Coconut Aminos
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp of Freshly grated Ginger
Small handful of Cilantro
Thin slices of Jalapeño
Cook up your meat! Whatever kind you like will work
Once cooked slice into bite sizes
Slice your Zucchini – By hand or Machine
Bring your Bone Broth to a Simmer
Add Ginger, Coconut Aminos, Fish Sauce, A Tablespoon of fresh Herbs, and allow it to continue simmering for a few minutes
Add the ‘Noodles” and Meat
Cook for 5 minutes or until the Noodles are soft and the meat is warmed
Serve with Jalapeno slices, Lime Wedges and herbs to your taste!
This was a deliciously nutritious dinner and I was very satisfied with it.
And on that note, As my sister Emily would say “Make Good Choices” ~ And the choice is yours.
