Weird workout week for me this week. I had a bit of a mental block all week which hindered my performance. Every day is a new opportunity to kick butt, I need to remind myself this.

Monday, March 30th 


WOD: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 (115#/125#)

SWOD: For Time 10-8-6-4-2 Squat Cleans 155/115 (I did 75#) 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders

Tuesday, March 31st Rest day, bought some new work out clothes!

Wednesday, April 1st Rested Today, just not sleeping well.

Thursday, April 2nd

Smolov: Back Squat 3×8 @70# 5×5 @75# 2×2 @85# 1 @95#

 WOD: 3 Rounds 10 Backsquats 10 Hand Release Push-ups Really light day, I was pretty weak.

Friday April 3rd

Smolov: Back Squat 3×8 @70# 5×5 @75# 2×2 @85# 1 @95#

SWOD: Power Clean 3×3 @ 80% – 70# 3×3 @ 85% – 75# WOD: 6Min Ladder (3,6,9,12 etc.) Toes to Bar Jumping Squats w/35# bar I got 12 + 1 Old School: 3×10 Bicep curls w/ 15# 3×10 Flys w/10# Too many people, not enough barbells or weights. Yoga at 5pm for Recovery and stretching.


Saturday, April 4th

@ 0:00 6 Rounds For Time Of: 4 Power Snatch (165/115) and 30 Double Unders I finished in 5:51 at 85# @ 10:00 4 Rounds For Time Of: 8 Thrusters (135/95) and 10 C2B Pull Ups I finished in 6:19 doing 20 wall balls instead of thrusters and regular pull ups @ 20:00 2 Rounds For Time Of: 30 HRPU and 500m/450m Row I finished in 7:38 rx

Rest Day again. Start fresh Monday.
