This last week has been jam packed with seeing friends, and a lot of travel to do so on our parts! We spent a good deal of time in the car, so apologies for not posting. I would have needed a little more time to get some workouts in. I don’t feel good about it! But on to this week!

Sunday

Active rest day! So Andrew, Daniel and I did some walking around Montebello Lake in Baltimor and found some old school active fun!

Monday

Ran 3 Miles. I haven’t done that in forever!

Tuesday

We are flying to Spain and then to Naples, Italy tonight! Probably couldn’t have slept on the plane if we hadn’t done a quick WOD!

Although completely jet lagged, and running on three hours of sleep, I am making no excuses! First workout in Italy! New gym, not much in the way of functional fitness/Crossfit options, but I made do.
