Hey, its been a while! Since moving to Italy it’s been crazy to get settled, situated and inspired. But I am finally back! So far this year I have had goals of drawing every day, getting back on track with workouts and blog posts and I have not been super successful in my endeavors. Fingers crossed I am finally pulling myself together!
I am finally back on track completely with my workouts and food! I began Christmas Abbott’s Badass Body Diet almost two weeks ago and let me tell you, it’s amazing! Body fat that I have allowed to accumulate is really just falling off and I couldn’t be more stoked! We’re starting with a strict 21 days of a very specific macronutrient meal plan and no booze! I thought it was going to be daunting at first, but in fact it is super simple! So props to Christmas for publishing this book and showing us how to really get where we want to be!

Because I was feeling irritated… 500m walk with 75lb barbell up our hill and back. Feeling much better now.
