Today the hubster and I went on an adventure! Living in Italy certainly has its perks, and we are doing our best to take advantage! We drove a little over an hour, past Sorrento to hike “The Path of the Gods.”

And let me tell you, God-like it was!! It wasn’t super challenging, but around every corner was a breathtaking view! And at the turn around point there was a great little restaurant to celebrate all of your efforts! Incredible. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday I felt sluggish. Must have been the 7mi hike in the sun on Sunday for this Washingtonian! Today I am re-energized and feeling great. Onto week 2 of the ‪#‎badassbodydiet‬

Friday, June 19th

Today I took a rest day on the island of Ischia. I went to the Negombo Spa, which was incredible! Over 500 species of plant life, thermal baths, the beach and of course, spa services. I had a Thai Massage (fitting after all of this work I’m putting in!), a facial and a body scrub. I felt like a new woman!


Saturday, June 20th

Another rest day, my body was in heaven from the Spa. Rough life, eh?
