June 21st & June 22nd I wasn’t feeling very well, so I listened to my body and took some down time.

Tuesday, June 23rd

Feeling so much better today! Super hot weather, so lots of water!

1mi warmup jog: 9:45

SWOD: 
1rm back squat: 125; 5×5 @ 80% – 100lbs

5×5 Deadlift: 135lbs

WOD: “Nicole”
As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

400m run
Max pull-ups

I did 5 rounds w/ 10 pull-ups each round

Wednesday, June 24th

Warmup: 1mi run – 9 something.

WOD: 10 min As many rounds as possible!

5 Hang Power Cleans (75lbs for me)
7 Bar facing Burpees

5 rounds + 5 cleans + 3 Burpees
I was really hoping for 6 rounds at least. 😳 Almost! Strength work later, I’m hungry!

Thursday, June 25th

1 Hour of Yoga. Later in the evening I was feeling tense and frustrated. So I decided to take it out on the barbell.

Frustration relieved.

5×5 Desdlift @ 125lbs

Friday, June 26th

Didn’t want to workout this morning. So, I jogged a mile hoping that would help. It didn’t. Next best thing? Find a new playlist and go for it!
