Sunday, July 5th & Monday, July 6th
We spent these two days sailing through the Mediterranean Sea and relaxing in the sun. What a way to celebrate our independence! We weren’t too worried about workouts over the holiday. It was amazing just to spend time sharing food and conversation with new friends.
Tuesday, July 7th
Slow getting back into my workouts this week. Took, yet another day off and I wasn’t happy about it! Le sigh.
Wednesday, July 8th
Four days of breathtaking sailing. Now time to get back to the grind. Hurt, but I’m glad to be back.

Modified. Holy Shit that sucked. Over 90 degrees and I wasn’t close to Rx! Weights listed are what I did. Not What was Rx. Yikes.

30 handstand push-ups (45+35 plates stacked)
20 thrusters (10lb plate)
Saturday, July 11th
Saturday’s are made for two-a-days!
WOD 1: was supposed to be a partner workout. We did it individually.
WOD 2: 7min As many reps as possible
1 Hang Power Clean (155/85lbs)
1 Burpee Box Jump 36″ (Or in our case, a wall on the side of the street about 34″)

Me: 16 reps
