Needed to spend my day meal prepping for our household and a clients! That is hours of cooking, so no workout today.

Off track this week for whatever reason. No workout today. Life happens. It’s okay.

Workout was a bit off which was expected after wine and movie night with the hubster. 😜 I’m feeling/looking soft so it’s time clean it up!

200m Kettle Bell Carry up our hill (we don’t have two of one KB weight, so we used our transformers that weigh 22.5lbs each)
