Monday, August 17th

Spent the day cleaning and packing for Germany! I can’t wait to hop on a flight and go see Andrew and explore a new country!

Rest Day! Feeling rested and relaxed after five hours at ‪#‎spa‬ in Germany. Cultural sauna experiences, amazing steam rooms, pools, and meditation rooms. The human body comes in all shapes and sizes, it’s nice to see people appreciate themselves and not take themselves too seriously.

Today we went exploring around Germany, so no workout for me!
