Today we spent the day hiking through the Black Forrest in Germany! We ran two miles on trails and just enjoyed ourselves.

Monday, August 24th


Crossfit Assault in ‪#‎Germany‬ , check. Great group. Fun Box. Still not feeling awesome. This head cold is a killer. But a nice walk in the rainy drizzle was‪#‎justlikehome‬.

1.5mi run to the gym.

SWOD: EMOM for 12 min
3 Hang Power Snatch @ 70lbs

WOD: 20 Min AMRAP Cindy
5 Pull Ups (I didn’t use a band!)
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
I did 11 rounds + 7 push-ups

1.5mi run home.

Tuesday, August 25th

Spent the day walking around a beautiful German town.

Wednesday, August 26th – Friday, August 28th

Didn’t workout for the rest of my stay in Germany. There was too much to do and see! Bad excuse, but a little time off never hurt, right?

Saturday, August 29th


Didn’t want to workout. Thankful for a motivating husband. I’m exhausted from being sick all vacation, dehydrated from flying, not thrilled to be back and obviously full of complaints! I need to suck it up and do the work.
