Sunday, August 30th

Rest Day. Boating goodness with fine people as the day is long! Went out with a ton of people boating on the Mediterranean Sea all day long, and it was a blast!

Monday, August 31st

Well, two weeks in Germany, drinking champagne while boating yesterday and lack of consistency shows physically and mentally today. Back to the grind!

Happy September! Setting new goals for my birthday month. My goals may be different from yours. When I say “I’m feeling soft” that means soft for me! When your food isn’t balanced it shows up quickly, physically, emotionally and mentally. So while I don’t think I’m fat by any means, I know when I FEEL my best and what I am capable of. I’m getting back there after enjoying some non-balanced food and lack of consistency. My body won’t ever be perfect.‪#‎cellulite‬ is ever present, but way less when I’m on point. End rant. Workout was brutal in the heat, but felt good when I was done!
