16 Weeks Pregnant

onday was our last day in Baltimore visiting friends. Bittersweet to say the least. But I am definitely getting to the point of  being ready to be home in my own element. Because of Labor Day the gyms were closed so I just did a few movements at the house.

Monday, September 5th 2016

5×20 of each of the following body weight movements:

Princess Lunge + Front Squat
Jump Squats
Reverse Lunges
Lateral Leg Raises
Bulgarian Split Squat
Hip Thrusters

Tuesday-Sunday, September 6th – 11th

On Timg_8969uesday we grabbed a coffee from my favorite coffee place in Baltimore, Zeke’s and then headed to the airport to catch a flight back to Italy! I spent the better part of 3 days to get home to Naples. Needless to say I didn’t get much working out in during this travel! Such is life. But it is good to be back! Spent the weekend recovering and spending time with the hubster.
