After a week of Travel, Jetlag, and all the Pregnancy feels I finally feel like I have some energy. Here is what I did this week. Keep in mind, do things at your own pace and nothing is more important than listening to your body! Move Consciously.

2mi Run for time: 22:31 – Running more than a mile is just not fun. Haha.

Body said to rest, so I did. Really trying to maintain my movement and exercise while pregnant, but some days just don’t feel right. So I chose to focus on making my food perfect, breathing and stretching. Not to mention enjoying the beautiful weather.
