19 Weeks Pregnant at the Archaeological Museum in Naples, Italy

Big news for us! At 19 weeks pregnant we felt the little squisher move! What an insane feeling. Sh!t just got real. This has been a moment for me. You will never understand what it feels like until it happens. I always had this version of the movie Alien… turns out that is pretty far fetched. Haha. On to the workouts!

Monday, September 26th

Weights: 65-75-85-95-95-95

Accessory Work done in between each round of lifting:
20 Bicep Curls
20 Tricep Extensions
20 Lateral Delt Raises
20 Frontal Delt Raises
20 Delt Fly’s
20 Oblique’s (35lb Kettlebell)

WOD: 3 Rounds for Time (Didn’t worry about time, just wanted to put in work)
25 Wallballs (20lb Ball)
10 Hang Power Cleans (75lbs)

Tuesday, September 27th

Had to get to the bus to take a tour of the amazing Archaeological museum in Naples with my Grandmother!

Today we grabbed a very early bus to take us to the port in Sorrento so that I could show my grandmother the beautiful Amalfi Coast by boat and then on foot. What an incredible day! When we got home I did the following:

400m Hill Run
40 KBS (52lbs)

20 Thrusters (65lbs)

20 Weeks Pregnant, Trevi Fountain, Rome

Thursday-Sunday, September 29th – October 2nd

The hubster and I took my grandmother to Rome for a few days. I never get tired of this city! We toured the Vatican and saw all major monuments. It is a lot of walking so we will consider that the exercise along with exercising your mind! 😉 I was struggling to relax the entire trip however because I was worried about our dog, Lola. But I knew she was in good hands with my neighbors.
