Our constant companion, Lola, was our best friend of 12 years. I cannot relate how devastated I am to lose her. She passed in my arms and I wouldn’t have it any other way. In some regards I am so relieved that she has no more pain. The last few days were extremely hard to watch and decisions had to be made. Before I had to do that, Lola took it upon herself to move on to wherever she is destined to be next. She had a long and happy life and I cannot express how much love we have for her. I am incredibly thankful for my friends who helped me through this as my husband is out of town for work. We are devastated but also understand and respect the circle of life. We love you Lola.
