Today became meal prep day since I didn’t get it done on Sunday! I spent the day walking to the local butcher, fruit & vegetable stands about a 1/2 mile from my house. During the day I don’t have a car, so groceries are a nice little farmer’s carry workout. That counts right? Today I made out like bank! For less than $20 I got all of this fresh food, grown by the people of this town. I always get inspired when I come home with bags of veeggies! I am always trying to come up with something new! Too often I get caught up in everything else that I don’t make the time for recipe development any more! Something I need to work on. 🙂

Today I spent the day researching Nutrition and gathering some new books. No work out to report unless you count flexing my brain. 🙂

Rest Day

Saturday, November 26th 2016

Today I started the Booty Program by Lauren Salaun just to change things up a bit!  Check out her program. So far I love it! It is designed to be done in a standard gym, so I do substitute a lot of movements to work with the equipment I have!

Sunday, November 27th 2016

Rested today. Taking the time to listen to my body that is working over time creating a little human. There will most likely be more rest days than I am comfortable with. But trust me, I prefer to move if I can!
