I spent these two days ecovering from travel exhaustion! Pregnany is no joke some times! We did SO MUCH walking around in Prague that my feet and back are killing be. So better to rest and come back strong.

Slow and controlled movements today as I am having some ligament pain around my uterus. I can feel my joints are a bit looser so I want to ensure that my movement is controlled.
