With the big holiday over it was time to get back to work! I am feeling the sugar addiction big time haha, but let me tell you I have enjoyed every minute of every sweet! I had a slow start with motivation today, but I did do work.

img_1117The hubster and I decided to take the weekend and drive to Tuscany to stay at our friends winery for the New Year Holiday! We are trying to spend as much quality time together as possible before our baby boy arrives. He has to work, A LOT. So when we get this time we try to take advantage.

img_1088Even though we are on “vacation” I still wanted to get the blood pumping this morning. No big gains in mind, just moving so I feel good throughout the day. We went to Sienna to check out the beautiful city. Because we travel so much there are a few items I always bring to get in some movement:

Happy New Year! If you made some resolutions it is time to put them into action! Just remember that if you fall off of the wagon, you can get back on at any time! It isn’t the end of the world. It’s life. Like today for example, I wanted to work out but we had a five hour drive home! It’s been a long and beautiful holiday season, but I am excited on our very eventful year to come!
